A Quick Up-To-Date since the last post...

It's been a while since I've posted anything and just needing to update you on our busy summer...

Since my last post, let's see...what's happened:

-Ace had a birthday (June 16th...8 years old!)

-We went to the museum

-The boys had their last track meet

-And we had joint birthday party for Ace & Christian (turns 6 on July 18th)

Surprise, Becky!!!

Thinking that she was showing up to a birthday party for Mama Lola, (Matt's) Becky was surprised, to say the least, that the party was really for her & baby! She arrived with a birthday card in hand and started tearing up when she realized that she was the purpose for the get-together. First Summer Track Meet - Refugio

Summer is in full swing and the boys are running summer track! They had their first meet last Friday (06/06/08) in Refugio & totally enjoyed it. We'll try to keep it as low key as possible to keep them interested, but, it's hard to hold back your enthusiasm when they're doing something that was and still is your favorite sport! Ace takes after his mom & dad. He was 2nd in the 800 meter run and 1st in the 400m. We'll be heading to Orange Grove this Friday, hopefully.

Meanwhile, Cambria hangs out in the stands during practice...not so much watching her big brothers run, but, this...
I'm going to have to keep my eyes on this one...better keep my shotgun loaded!
