April 6th, 2012: A Busy Week

The kids & I were on Intersession this week.  Even though we had no school, I still had track practice every morning (getting ready for district next week!).  I got a chance to be at the new house just about every day & got to see all the electrical work being done, the plumbing went in, and the roofers got about 75% done.  All of our windows are now in as well as our beautiful door.  The kids were very patient with me and waiting while I worked on the yard & answered questions for the workers.  I decided to reward them on Friday afternoon with an outing to Texas State Aquarium.  Of course, all they wanted to do was splash around the Splash Park.

 Most of the shingles are on already...we had to pass inspection before they put on all of it, otherwise, they'd be done already!
